Monday, May 7, 2007 - "Moving On."

The LORD says, "Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it?"

The people of Israel made plenty of mistakes and because of them they suffered for many generations. Through Isaiah, God promised his people he was doing something fresh and innovative. Learning from the past is useful, but dwelling on the past is destructive. -PT
